Water Walking
Introductory class for anyone beginning water exercise. Designed for adults able to remanin vertical in water depth 3-4.5 ft, as well as be able to move with minimal assistance from the pool edge.
This 30-minute class provides walking in water while working on balance, gaining strength and icreasing circulation, traveling in different directions and patterns forward, backward and side to side.
