Body Sculpt & Stretch – Virtual availability
Put a smile on your face and sculpt, strengthen, and lengthen your body, improving flexibility, balance, core strength, muscle tone, and joint/spinal mobility and stability. This exercise program includes standing, seated and floor-based mat exercises with seated/standing modifications for those that prefer not to be on the floor. The exercise sequences are inspired by Functional Fitness, Pilates, Yoga, and Barre. Stretching is incorporated throughout class to keep you supple. Timed intervals will be incorporated, allowing you to perform exercises effectively with confidence. Equipment: Chair, dumbbells, soft ball, exercise bands, barre and more.
