Aquabilities (formally- Seniors: Deep Water)

Our deep water moderate to active aerobic conditioning class is designed for for a great workout.  Exercises will also focus on enhancing flexiablity, range of motion, mucsul strength and toning. Deep water fitness equipment is required.
