Aquabilities (formally- Seniors: Deep Water)
Moderate to active aerobic conditioning designed for a great workout in the deep water. Exercise will also focus on building cardio and muscle endurance, enhancing flexibility, range of motion, and muscle strength and toning. Deep water fitness equipment required.
