Yoga Nidra (Deep Relaxation) – Virtual Only
Yoga nidra, or yogic sleep, is a deep relaxation technique that enables a state of conscious sleep in which the body is completely relaxed, yet the mind remains awake and alert. Anyone can do it. Nidra has been shown to reduce stress and increase energy. The practice can help release stored tension, increase positive feelings and reduce insomnia. It may even boost memory and concentration. In this class, you will be led through gentle stretches followed by a guided meditation done lying down.
