Tai Chi for Body & Mind

FIT PASS CLASS Basics of Tai Chi movement and its philosophy through practicing the 42 combined form (the competition form), warm up and cool down exercises including medical qigong.  The traditional Japanese and Chinese method will be taught for your body and mind.  All levels welcome.
