Learn the basics of Chinese inkbrush painting and about the types of brushes, paper, and ink to use. Classes will focus on the “Four Gentlemen” – bamboo, orchid, chrysanthemum, and plum flower – as well as Chinese landscapes. Students work at their own pace.

Bring your own equipment or buy inexpensive items from the instructor ($65 for complete supplies: sumi ink, brush, shuen paper and mat).
