Join us for an informative and empowering day trip to the Eugene Police Department for a Personal Safety Workshop. This engaging session is different from the workshop we did last year. Today’s class is designed to increase awareness, build confidence, and provide practical tools for staying safe in everyday situations. The workshop will cover key topics such as situational awareness, personal boundaries, de-escalation techniques, and basic self-defense strategies. Following the workshop, we’ll enjoy lunch at a local hot spot. Your cost includes: transportation, workshop, and lunch.
